现代仿古砖是个什么东东?

　　当下陶业最火热的话题，有两个。

　　其中之一是现代仿古砖。

　　另一个则是中国制造的大板，目前实现量产的规格是90㎝×180㎝;但是谁也说不准，或许不久就会量产更大的规格，比如120㎝×240㎝。

 

　　不过，今天我想特别谈谈第一个话题：现代仿古砖。

　　你能够很确定地告诉我，现代仿古砖到底指的是个什么东东吗?

 

　　别急，姑且先让我来列一个清单，然后请你告诉我，你是否同意这份清单上对于现代仿古砖的描述。

　　当然，你的看法很有可能与这份清单上所描述的完全相左。

 

　　所以问题来了：现代仿古砖是包含如下所列的某一条呢，还是某一些?又或者涵盖了以下全部?

　　1、现代仿古砖指的是非亮面的产品。

　　2、现代仿古砖的主要规格是否要大于33㎝×33㎝、45㎝×45㎝以及50㎝×50㎝?

　　3、现代仿古砖是指表面外观倾向于欧洲或意大利风格的产品，而不是传统的中国式的经典抛光产品。

　　4、现代仿古砖的装饰风格更加具有当代感，更加简约，更加具备欧洲风格，而不是传统的中式风格。

　　5、现代仿古砖是否包括比60㎝×120㎝更大的规格，比如说90㎝×180㎝?规格不一的哑光墙砖，如10㎝×30㎝、20㎝×20㎝、30㎝×60㎝、30㎝×90㎝，算不算现代仿古砖?抛光产品又算不算呢?

　　6、现代仿古砖是否不得不和某些特定风格的家具、装饰风格或者灯饰产生联系?

　　7、现代仿古砖是否不得不和某些特殊的生活方式有关?

　　8、现代仿古砖是西式的外观吗?或者说现代仿古砖需要一眼看过去就是西式的吗?

　　9、现代仿古砖是否包括各种不同规格的抛光类产品呢?

　　10、为了营造现代仿古风格，企业需要聘请意大利设计师参与到展厅设计、装修以及产品风格的打造中来吗?如果要，意大利设计师是参与全部环节，还是部分参与即可?

 

　　我个人认为，目前还难以准确定义现代仿古砖。我想很多人和我一样都只能明白个大概。

　　但是在当前，因为这个话题的流行性与重要性，准确定义现代仿古砖显得越来越有必要了。

 

　　让我们先来看一些瓷砖品牌：宝露莎、锐思、马可波罗、金意陶、费罗娜、维格、ICC，等等。

　　请你告诉我，这些品牌都属于现代仿古砖，还是只有一些属于?

 

　　我认为，如果业内建立一个小组，一起对现代仿古砖这个概念做一个更细化的定义将会非常有趣。

　　而且，这也会对我们行业内部，以及消费者了解现代仿古砖这个概念大有裨益。

　　Is there a specific description of what it is?

　　Modern Rustic is one of the hottest topics of the industry now days. The other important topic is the large size panels made in China of 90x180 for the moment and who knows maybe later it will be even larger sizes like 120x240.

　　But in this article I will like to talk more specifically about modern rustics. Does anybody know with certainty what modern rustics refers to?

　　Let me make a list of things down below and you tell me if you agree with the list or not or even maybe it could be something totally different.

　　Is modern rustic one of the following things, some of the things below or all of them?

　　1. Modern Rustics refers to the products that are non-polished

　　2. It is modern rustic when the sizes of the products are predominantly sizes that are above or not 33x33, 45x45 and 50x50?

　　3. Modern Rustic also refers to products that are more European or Italian looking and not traditional classic Chinese polished glossy looks

　　4. It also refers to the style of decoration that is more contemporary non-traditional Chinese that is more minimalist, and European looking

　　5. Could modern rustic include or not bigger sizes above 60x120 like 90x180? Or Wall tile big or small like 10x30,20x20, 30x60, or 30x90, matte finish? How about glossy finish? yes or no?

　　6. Does modern rustic have to do anything with any particular style of furniture, decoration and lighting style?

　　7. Does modern rustic have to do with any particular lifestyle?

　　8. Is modern rustic, western looking? Or does modern rustic need to look western?

　　9. Could modern rustic include any polished tiles of any size or not?

　　10. In order to be modern rustic style does it need to have an Italian designer involved in the showroom design,decoration and products styles? All, some or only product design or showroom design?

　　I personally don’t think that there is any well detailed definition of modern rustic at this moment. I think many people kind of understand what it is or understand of what it is not but at this moment it may be necessary because of its popularity and the importance of the topic to once and for all define with ore certainty what it is.

　　Let me give you a few examples of brands and you tell me if you believe if they are in this modern rustic category: Porcelanosa, REX, MarcoPolo, Kito, Florina, Viewgress, and ICC to name a few.

　　Are they all in this category or only some?

　　I believe that it will be very interesting to create a panel of members of the industry that could get together and define in more detail what MODERN RUSTIC is and what it is not. It may be very useful to the industry and customers to know.
